Today I am going to talk about a subject that I don’t usually talk about here on the blog, but I was so enchanted that I think it’s worth showing and giving you all a tip. During my stay in Miami, we were able to visit 3 wonderful ventures the 1 Hotel, Jade Signature and Brickell City Centre. Each one has its own characteristics and peculiarities, so I decided to show you one by one. Prepare yourselves because each hotel is more beautiful than the other.
1 Hotel
Starting with the 1 Hotel, a top venture of Miami that will be ready later this year and has apartments for purchase and also for rent per season, what I found cool is that it is being developed with a “green lifestyle” footprint, i.e. everything in it has a modern design and at the same time Eco-friendly, amazing right?! In addition to all this, the designer of the residential lobby was done by a Brazilian architect, Deborah Aguiar, it’s great to have a little bit of our Brazil in a place so special and wonderful as this one, right?!
The 1 Hotel is literally “feet in the sand” it is located in South Beach, one of the busiest beaches of Miami, and has lovely views of the beach and the city. Now enough talking, I will show you a little of how the residences will look. Check it out:

Jade Signature
Later, we got to see the residential condominium that is being built on the Sunny Isles beach, theJade Signature. Since it is not ready yet, we only had access to a model unit that was decorated by nothing less than Hermes, everything was beautiful, you can imagine how amazed I was right?! But this is only a detail, the entire project is all luxury homes in addition to having a beach view, there are views of both the sunrise and sunset. The location is perfectly right next to the beach, near the Bal Harbor Shops and Aventura Mall and your swimming pool will be at the same level as the beach. Look at me at the model unit and the illustrations of how it will be when it’s ready.
Such a dream right ladies?! Living there would be like living everyday at a resort!
