The gladiator sandals are here to stay!

This trend that Camila has adapted to has taken over the world.

In Camila’s  Grecian look, the neutrality of shades was the key element when composing her outfit. I love how she used the same color of shorts and sandals.
It was super sophisticated and simple at the same time. Not to mention that the location is the most appropriate to wear the shoes. The form of the sandals with tying strips of leather, in addition to being known to have belonged to the Romans (gladiators), also comes from the Greek land.

On the runways, proposals are repeated! Even if in different ways, cross straps up to the knees or only at the length of the calf appear combined with pieces of neutral tones, such as the one presented by Michael Kors.

In addition to more casual proposals, the trend appears firm in more sophisticated looks. With embroidered or lace, footwear is the go-to for nocturnal productions.

More daring forms also appear strong. The sandals also have a more feminine touch, because the length of the shaft suggests combinations shorter outfit pieces.

Miu Miu and Dsquared displayed options with high heels and different straps. This form from Dsquared with geometric traces is one of my favorites.

The bloggers Helena Lunardelli and Carol Tognon have also adapted to the trend. They wore it with short dresses, showing us that it is possible to wear them with casual or more elaborate looks.

Notice how the straps create a feeling of greater volume in the area of the calf – it’s perfect for those who have long and thin legs.

Ready to rock out the gladiators?
