Every fashion week we end up discovering what will be a trend in the next seasons. It is so good to be able to be a part of this and even more rewarding to share it with you here. However, this SPFW I was able to notice a trend that went beyond the runways and to the hallways of the bienal (location where the shows took place): the braid.
I was impressed at how many people I saw wearing them, and the cool thing is that each hairstyle was different. I wore braids 3 times, with a different style each day. The braid is a great option for any occasion, whether a wedding, graduation, club, a meeting during the day or a dinner between friends, it is beautiful and different. I must confess that I don’t know how to do those elaborate ones, but I like it a lot and I am going to start practicing them on myself so I can do a tutorial for you guys.
At SPFW the style I saw the most was the “rastafari”! It’s so pretty and goes with any outfit you put on – from casual to chic.
Every day I wore a different style, but the one I liked most was the one I wore on the fifth day of SPFW, with my hair tied and the braids on one side of my head. I love the style and it give edgy touch to an ensemble.
