Ruffles, ruffles, and more ruffles!

Ever since last summer, this is one of the major trends by big designers for warmer seasons.
If until a few years ago the trick of styling was associated with romantic and ultra delicate ensembles, now it appears redesigned:

Alexander McQueen gained Victorian inspiration for their Summer 2016 collection, under the gaze of designer Sarah Burton. The ruffles in layers brought even more movement to the looks, creating a perfect harmony between vintage and romantic.

Siblings Nicky and Simone Zimmermann, who command the brand that carries their surname, proposed a new look to the essence of romantic ruffles: sensual and retro.

Chloé and Rodarte, for their turn, joined the see-through trend and lace, resulting in very feminine and authentic images.

In Brazil, many national brands are taking advantage of this trend. In the newest episode of The Hits, Camila and myself show different ways of how to embrace the trend. At the very end, there’s a  Battle of the Looks – and you guys get to chooses the winning look!☺
