The micellar water is nothing more than a makeup remover, the name comes from “micelles”, which are molecules contained in the purifying water that cleans and removes impurities and particles of oily skin, without harming. It focuses on a single product that cleans, removes makeup, and tones the skin. The best of all is that it contains no alcohol, dyes, parabens and soap. It don’t stop here, by being gentle, it manages to deeply sanitize the skin without changing its physiological balance
The Micellar water is quite simple to be used, it must be applied early in the morning to clean skin before moisturizing, sunscreen and makeup. Also use it at the end of the day to remove the makeup or just to clean the skin before going to sleep. The best thing about it is that it can be used on any type of skin and has soothing properties, it does not leave any residue on the skin (so there is no need to rinse), balances the PH and does not cause acne. Amazing, right?!
I have been using the micellar water by Bioderma for years, however, nowadays many brands already have the product for sale and can also be manipulated according to their needs.
This is a great option to leave the skin always clean and despite not removing heavier makeup completely, the basics such as blush, a light foundation, eyeliner and lipstick comes off nicely and doesn’t leave the skin oily or sticky.
