Hello! Ever heard of this tiny Caribbean island called Anguilla? It is pure dream. It has a crystalline turquoise blue sea that looks like a pool and and beaches of those that do not let you go home before sunset. This is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. And to top it off, on the two most beautiful beaches on the island – which are among the “most beautiful in the world” – there are two wonderful hotels you should know: Zemi Beach House and Four Seasons Anguilla. Can you feel the energy?
The Zemi Beach House is located on the beach of Shoal Beach East and is my favorite. It has modern architecture, luxurious standard, impeccable service and is foot in the sand. Is there anything better to enjoy a vacation and relax? The beach is three kilometers long, white sand and is super quiet. It matches with the hotel’s elegant and charming vibe, which has only 63 accommodations in four buildings, some of which open onto the sand of the beach and have a private pool. Speaking of swimming, Zemi has four swimming pools. One of them is heated in the SPA (which is AMAZING !!!) Another highlight is the restaurants: 20 Knots (more relaxed, beach front) and Stone (high gastronomy). This hotel is incredible.
As for the Four Seasons Anguilla, it sits on a beautiful cliff between the beaches of Meads and Barnes Bay, considered one of the most beautiful in Anguilla. The location is fantastic and the hotel is pure luxury! However, it is quite large. It has 166 rooms of super neat decoration. Pools are three, one of which has an infinity edge. Good restaurants do not lack either. The main one is the Cobà, but the most coveted for sunset is the Sunset Lounge. A jaw-dropping hotel.
You can get to Anguilla from St. Martin by ferry or by small planes, the distance is only 15 kilometers. Saint Barth is 45 km away and Puerto Rico is 320 km away.
It is a cool destination to pair with some other nearby island. The Caribbean is so beautiful!
