Ladies!

A frequent question that I receive from you is: how and where should I apply blush? I know that many of you already know how to apply, however applying it in the right place and the right way makes total difference for the makeup, and I admit that many times I still doubt if I am applying it correctly! Haha.

Blush is what leaves our faces with that healthy glow and when we apply it wrong, it can transform our makeup into a disaster! A few tips I practice are:

1-  Smile and apply it on the apples of our cheeks giving shuttle pats;

2- Be very careful not to apply it under the cheek area, focus only on the apples of the cheeks;

3- Always apply the blush in an upward motion, never downward;

However, along with these tips, another important step to take into consideration is the format of your face.  Each person has a specific shape of face and learning this, I assure you that it will be super easy to apply.

Oval Face

This face shape allows you to apply the blush in different ways, it is easy to to slim it or give it more shape, however the best way is to apply the blush in the apples of the face and gently move upwards to the temples .

Squared Face

For those who have a squared face, you can use blush in your favor, applying it in a more rounded motion on apples. However, be careful not to exaggerate the shade and end looking like a clown. Haha. Therefore, blend it very well!

Inverted Triangle or heart Face

To balance the forms apply blush a little below the apples and in a rounded motion, but gently pulling to the temples to give a light slimming of the face.
