Traveling is definitely in my DNA. I am passionate about the world. Let me introduce myself, my name is Claudia Liechavicius and I am the new travel writer here on Camila Coelho’s blog.
I take every opportunity that comes up to pack my bags, how about you? Do you like the idea? Any holiday inspires me to think of a new destination. Experience new cultures, take a break from our daily routine, and waking up in another time zone is, for me, a great source of pleasure. If you also enjoy traveling, then we have a lot in common, and I am sure we will get along just fine. Today I have a passport that is stamped in more than 80 countries. Each of them has its place in my memory, in my heart and, since 2008, also on my blog viajarpelomundo.com which arose by a combination of factors. I am a speech therapist and journalist. When I was studying journalism, I did a one month trip to China and Japan with my children. It was their first trip to Asia and a new world unfolded. At the same time I was attending college for journalism and needed to create a blog for a discipline. Thus Viajar Pelo Mundo was born. My friends and family liked the idea and encouraged me to continue with other trips. The years have gone by and I have shared my personal experiences around the world with lots of love.
I now want to share my travels around the world with you too. I love sunsets, the sea, happy people, fashion, photography, exotic places, animals, music, and colors.
My most memorable trips were to the Maldives, Bhutan, Tahiti, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, Atacama Desert, Poland, and Fernando de Noronha. I love to travel in comfort, charming Hotels are a huge part of the trip, don’t you agree?
Island of Tikehau. A very special place. This is The Pearl hotel.
Below is Uzbekistan, a trip that marked me in so many ways.
It is with great pleasure that I will be taking over Camila Coelho’s blog to share with you my travel experiences. By the way, the first of which is that I only travel with a carry-on. Can you believe it? Relax, soon I will share with you how I do it. I hope to inspire everyone to think about their next destination and travel a lot.
