Braids are always hairstyle options that wins me over more and more. In addition to being easy to do at home, they can help you in those bad hair days, or even give you that extra touch to the overall outfit, don’t you think?! So, when I saw the last Valentino runway show in Paris, I was in love with the type of braid that the hairstylist did in their models.
This is a version which is much smaller than what we are used to see. It gives a boho vibe, right?! I remember that in the 1990s this style of braid was worn a lot and now the brand reappeared with another option to help us in those days where we need to do something new and different to our hair but we have no creativity or time.
It’s soooo easy to do this kind of braid, just apply a product that gives texture to the strands, separate into 3 small parts and begin to braid. To be well seen, the cool thing is to do it in the front near the face, but you can also spread some braids throughout your head! It is gorgeous and super charming!
Another version that caught my attention was the ones seen in Balmain’s show, also in Paris. In spite of also being small, these are more striking options and more difficult to be reproduced, but it is worth saving this style for the next time you have a party to go to. This type of braid is perfect for those days where we are wearing a more chic outfit, so they will contrast with the ensemble and create a beautiful hi-lo!
