Carnival in Brasil is right around the corner. It’s so fun to enjoy a week in Salvador and watch the samba schools perform. But, its not always that we want to party, right? Sometimes, a hidden paradise and a few days of total peace makes all the diference. Don’t you think?
The two places that I will suggest to you are fantastic. One in southern Brazil and another on the west coast of Mexico. I am sure that you will sigh with the photos and will want to go.
Have you heard of the Las Ventanas Al Paraiso hotel? It is located in Los Cabos, Mexico and is one of the most coveted in the world. The name already gives a clue of what is to come “windows of heaven”. And I will tell you that it is exactly that! Perfect in every way. The delicacy of the service, the whim of the hotel in every detail, the décor inspired by the best of Mexican culture, the butler at your disposal, the kitchen is spectacular, the wonderful spa, private infinity pool… Can you imagine it already? I asked the butler to set up an environment on the rooftop of my villa to sleep under the moonlight and you can’t imagine the surprise and the charm of the environment that was prepared. A dream!
If you prefer an absurdly beautiful, romantic, quiet, place in Brazil surrounded by much greenery and with an idyllic sea, I suggest the Ponta dos Ganchos, in Santa Catarina. It is one of the most awarded hotels of Brazil. Full of peace and so unique that it makes you to slow down and relax. You wake up in the morning to a sea which looks more like a mirror. In addition, the bungalows are immense, very charming and each with a different décor. The breakfast is the best of life. And oysters? And the yoga at sunset? Unforgettable places!
