As you know I am always traveling for work and I must confess that maintaining this routine is not easy, even more at this time of the year where the winter here in the United States is super cold, totally different from the climate of summer in Brazil, right?! However in addition to tiredness, they skin is the one who suffers more with climate changes. Every time I make my bags, not only do I prepare looks that suit each region, but I also pack a bag with my moisturizers because without them, my skin is super dry and even peel sometimes. However, with the rush of the day-to-day, I prefer moisturizers that last 24 hours, as is the case with the CeraVe® line by Valeant . It is well known here in the U.S. and now has taken over the United Kingdom.
The differential of this line is in technology MVE® ( Multi-Vesicular Emulsion – multivesicular Emulsion), which is present in most products and frees essential ingredients gradually on the skin over 24 hours.
CeraVe® Moisturizing Lotion, for example, is a fluid and spreads easily on the skin without leaving it sticky. It moisturizes all day and can be used throughout the body, including the face.
CeraVe® Moisturizing Cream is a cream however, more “power” for dry skin, can be used even on the face. In my case, as the skin of the knees and elbows are rougher, I use it on those regions.
The line also comes with a special moisturizer for the face and neck called: CeraVe® Facial Moisturizing Lotion PM. It is great because, in addition to the MVE® technology, it contains a substance called niacinamid that moisturizes, improves texture and stimulates cell renewal. Amazing huh?
The CeraVe® Cream for the hands, is the product that I carry with me always, it does not leave my purse. It is a moisturizer that restores and protects the skin of the hands, and the best part is that it does not come out with water and not strip the shine of the nail polish, so I use it with the security that I’ll stay hydrated until the end of the day. Oh, and the best thing is that it also contains niacinamid.
In addition to moisturizing creams for the body line also has a product to remove makeup and impurities from the face, which is great: CeraVe® Cleansing Foam. As you know I never sleep with my makeup on, and before I go to sleep I do all my skin hydration ritual, so those unwanted spots will not arise.
