I spent this past weekend in Rio de Janeiro to attend the new Louis Vuitton collection, and it was amazing as I had expected! On Saturday the brand presented their Cruise collection at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC), in Niterói – and they couldn’t have chosen a better place! Everything was absolutely incredible!
However, before the show, the weekend started with a welcome dinner for some guests on Friday. To attend, I chose a complete LV look with leather pants and a super stylish see through top. For a touch of colo, I finalized with a beautiful rose quartz purse.
The Fhits team was represented by Nicole, Alice and I. It’s wonderful to have special company like them for an event like this. 
Finally the most awaited day was Saturday when the new Louis Vuitton collection was presented. Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière, was enchanted by the vibes he got in Brazil and made a collection inspired in our country! It couldn’t have been more perfect than this! The highlight of the collection was the urban sportwear concept with a variation of vivid colors which at the end of the show, it goes back to more neutral tones for a more Parisian feel. I wanted absolutely everything! Hahaha. Take a look at the beautiful pieces:
Like most LV shows, we were waiting for the accessories and purses, and this time I was no different! The brand created super statements styles. This radio format handbag was the most desired piece by several fashionistas and the cool thing about it is not only is it super different and fun, it also plays music via bluetooth! Can you believe it?
The shoes had a more comfy and super stylish touch. Despite being super different, I think it’s a cool piece to spice up an ensemble.
To attend the show, I wore a fresh outfit by the brand which are in stores! A white crop top and a red poplin bubble skirt! I loved this outfit and the color contrast made all the difference for an overall result.
Finally, Sunday was brunch in Santa Teresa, a super special district of Rio which is located on top of a hill. There you can find handicraft shops, bars and delicious restaurants. A lovely and colorful place!
I chose a more comfortable outfit and I made a mix of colors between the light blue of the dress and rose quartz of the purse to leave the look with a touch of romance. For a bit of contrast, I finalized with python print shoes and a denim jacket tied at waist – a style trick that I love!
