Celebs are increasingly betting on their own beauty brands, which seek to present innovative products, with wide color palette and purpose! Some of these brands are even born with important certifications, such as the cruelty-free and vegan seals. Today we show you four brands in this style and the names behind them!

Singer and actress Selena Gomez has joined the beauty world. In 2020 the makeup brand Rare Beauty was born, with minimalist packaging and products that promise to enhance the natural beauty of each person.

“I want Rare Beauty to be more than just a beauty brand. I want us to stop comparing ourselves so much and start embracing the uniqueness. You are not defined by a photo, a like or a comment. My brand is not about how people look at you, but how you see yourself,” said Selena in the brand’s first video.

The brand has 48 (!) foundation shades, concealer with light texture and moisturizer, an extensive color chart of matte liquid lipsticks, lip balms, liquid highlighters and blushes, in addition to other products that complement the makeup, which promises to make you ” feel good inside, without hiding what makes you unique, because Rare Beauty is not about being someone else, but being who you are.” Inspirational, right?

Fenty Beauty ended up indirectly launching the “Fenty Effect,” where other brands (from all over the world!) started to expand their makeup lines to be more inclusive.

Kylie Jenner was one of the pioneers in the beauty business! The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan launched her brand in 2016, a year when everyone wanted voluminous nude lips just like hers.

Soon, Kylie started her beauty empire with a simple lip kit consisting of a matte liquid lipstick and a contouring lip pencil, both in nude shades. It was an immediate success and the kits literally sold out in seconds!

The brand has evolved and now has an extensive range of products for the different stages of makeup! What calls the most attention these days are the limited themed collections, always full of creativity and super pigmented and glossy products. In addtion, they are vegan and cruelty free.
