As you may have seen on social media, I am back in New York for yet another Fashion Week – oh how I love this city! – This time I am staying at the hotel Baccarat, one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed at. I am in love!
Starting with the fact that Baccarat is a brand of luxurious and renowned cyrstals in the world, their craftsmen produced custom designs since King Louis XV founded the company in 1764. The brand has created fine products for a high demand in the world, including kings, queens, sheiks and emirs and sultans, modern magnates, designers and rock stars. Therefore, you can already imagine how beautiful everything inside and outside of the hotel is!
Its interior was designed by the French Gilles & Boissier, who combined the classic elegance of a Parisian hotel with a contemporary aesthetic of New York City, moreover, 17 custom chandeliers are hung throughout the hotel and works of significant movements over the 250 years since the foundation of Baccarat, are exposed. It’s simply breathtaking inside and out!
Not only that, the hotel is located in my favorite area of NY – across the street from the Museum of Modern Art and close to Fifth Avenue, a street known to be full of amazing stores – loveee it! I don’t even have to mention it’s food, the service and it’s beautiful and super comfortable rooms, right?! You can probably already tell why I am in love with this place! Haha.
The look I chose for the first day was something a bit more comfy because I had several fittings and appointments. I put together distressed jeans with a silk blouse with slight ruffles. In addition, I opted for white boots to leave the look a bit more cool! The multi colored purse finalized the look with style!
What did you think of my first day, my loves?!
Stay tuned here on the blog and my social medias for more exciting events in NY and the looks I will be wearing.
