Today’s video on my English channel is something you guys have been asking me for so long and I’ve finally filmed it – my go-to 10 minute power workout! And best of all, I got the sweet Hannah Bronfman to do it with me! This is a quick, easy but yet great workout that does not require weights and you can do it anywhere. I like to do this workout when I am traveling and don’t have time to head to the gym – i’ll just do it in the hotel room. Even though it does not require weights, you still get a great workout out of it! I really hope you like it!
