Not always are we willing or have time or ability to create that beautiful and super elaborate makeup, right?! As much as I love spending hours doing my makeup, many times, due to a busy day to day schedule, I go for the combo: “basic + quick” that still leaves the impression that I spent hours doing my makeup, you know?!
That is why today have listed 4 tips and tricks to do when we are running on a tight schedule but we still want to look great in a matter of minutes. Check it out:
Starting with the classic that never goes out of style and still leaves an incredible result: The brown smokey. There is no wrong here way here guys, choose your favorite shade of brown and blend it well. Create a gradient effect if you desire, however, make sure to choose a lighter shade to apply on the inner corners of the eyes. The great thing about brown is that it is super easy to blend and matches with any look or occasion.
For those days where we are on run, go for bold lips. Choose a super powerful and bold lipstick such as red, burgundy or even brown. Apply lots of mascara, a little bit of highlighter on the right places and voilà! You will look stunning!
If you want to add a bit of shine/glitter to you makeup but without making a mess, go for creamy eyeshadows that have some shimmer (Maybelline and Natura have beautiful options), then add it to the inner corners of the eyes. If you have time and want to give it that final touch, wing out your liner!
The classic makeup that Kylie Jenner wears is a perfect option for those days when we are in a rush. She goes for a smokey in a cat eye shape on the outer corners of the eyes, which looks bold and sexy. The trick here is to apply concealer after you are done blending your eyeshadows, therefore you can create a sharp line when cleaning it up.
