The mysterious vibe of the deserts has the power to arouse our curiosity. Sand dunes to lose sight of, camels, Bedouins, lots of sun, oasis, little rain, starry sky and breathtaking landscapes. However, these landscapes may have different characteristics in every corner of the planet. Below I point out three incredible deserts for you to daydream.

1. DESERT OF WADI RUM, IN JORDAN. This desert is one of Jordan’s top postcards and rightly so. In addition to a lot of sand, what is to be expected of a desert, it has great rock formations, super unusual, that give an even more mysterious air. The sunset is divine! In order to enjoy this adventure, I recommend the Memories Aicha Luxury Camp, with super attentive service and 40 very comfortable cabins nestled among high mountains. Tip: If you go to Jordan, do not miss the city of Petra which is 100 kilometers from the Wadi Rum desert.

2. THE SARAHA, IN MOROCCO. Here is one of the largest, most famous and hottest deserts in the world. Besides being a member of Morocco, it extends to several other African countries in the surrounding area. It’s huge. In the part that belongs to Morocco, near the city of Merzouga there are several incredible camps that yield good experiences. My bet goes to the Merzouga Luxury Desert Camp. It has few accommodations and therefore offers a differentiated service. TIP: Combine the Sahara Desert with the cities of Marrakesh and Fez on a visit to Morocco.

3. THE DESERT OF DUBAI, IN THE ARAB EMIRATES. Lots of people go to Dubai and make a little visit to and from the desert. A sin. The Dubai Desert is close to the city, in fact the city is practically inside the desert. I recommend the Al Maha Desert Resort which is a luxury. Their cabana-style suites are decorated within the local tradition, the food is wonderful and the sunset on the dunes entitled to champagne and camel is a must.

Now what? Which one? Morocco, the United Arab Emirates or Jordan? I guarantee that the experience will be unique and unforgettable.

I wish you all a week full of peace.

XoXo and until next Tuesday.
