When you think of a trendy European summer, a name that comes to mind right away is St Tropez, right? Ah, the south of France. One of Europe’s most glamorous, trendy, elegant and incense destinations. Attracted by a legion of “celebs” from the time when godmother Brigitte Bardot passed by lavishing sensuality. Luxury yachts, beautiful people, small shops full of bossa, incredible restaurants, a super inviting fair, lively beach clubs and lots of partying.
The vibe of St Tropez has magic in the air. The days on those sands begin lazy with a beautiful swim in the sea, after all, the night is long. The most popular beach clubs – Le Club 55, Nikki Beach and Les Palmiers – are in the Bay of Pampelonne where there is an extensive beach called Plage Pampelonne. My favorite is Le Club 55. It has become a point in the city. It has a super charming shop and a delicious restaurant! Enjoy lunch there since Pampelonne is far from downtown.
If you want beaches in the center there are also: La Ponche and Plage de la Fontanette. They are delicious and a nice place to have lunch after the beach is the Dior Des Lices. It’s in a beautiful garden in the Dior building. Unmissable!
In the afternoon it is worth losing yourself in the narrow streets of the city center. Tropezienne fashion is famous all over the world with its boho-chic style. The shops are a temptation!!!
In the vicinity, visit Port Gramaud, a super cute village full of canals and bridges and the medieval village of Ramatuelle.
For dinner reserve a table on the balcony of the romantic The Strand or a table on the sidewalk in the Au Caprice des Deux. For a super special dinner, head to the Rivea by star chef Alain Ducasse at the legendary Byblos Hotel and then just down the ladder to find the most intense nightclub of the area, Le Caves du Roy.
Want to stay super well hosted? Then take a look at Villa Marie Saint-Tropez. If you want to stay around downtown, by the sea follow the steps of Muse BB and choose La Ponche.
Did you like the tips? Then schedule your trip between June and September to enjoy the lively vibe of St. Tropez.
XoXo and an inspiring week to all!
