Just like the fashion world, hair trends come and go. One year the trend will be big, voluminous hair and the next year it will be sleek, straight strands. For 2019, one of the major trends actually has nothing to do with the way you style your hair and everything to do with where you part it—and the most popular right now is right down the middle.
The middle part has fluctuated in popularity over the years, with people switching back and forth between sides or just letting their hair naturally fall where it wants to. Side parts have always been considered to be the most flattering, but right now the middle part is having a resurgence and is actually equally flattering. Whether you wear your hair curly, straight, or wavy, a middle part frames your face perfectly.

To create the perfect middle part, take a comb and measure up from your nose to your hairline and then drag it back towards the crown of your head. Then go ahead and style your hair as you like—run a curling iron or straightener through it and apply your go-to products.
